This Cookie Notice explains how ANNTI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at calendiary.ai and related online pages that link to this Cookie Notice (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Notice at calendiary.ai/privacy-policy (or such other URL where we publish it).

This Cookie Notice primarily applies to the Website. The Calendiary iOS application, as currently offered, does not use browser cookies in the same way as a website, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. In-app data practices are described in our Privacy Notice.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information.

We may also use similar technologies, such as web beacons (also called pixels), local storage, session storage, and scripts that collect information about how you interact with the Website. In this Cookie Notice, we refer to cookies and these similar technologies collectively as "cookies," unless we say otherwise.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems where they are essential. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our waitlist and contact forms from bots and abuse. Turnstile loads a script from Cloudflare and may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies, together with your IP address and device/browser signals, to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. Analytics / performance cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Website, including which pages are visited most often and whether users receive error messages. We use Google Analytics (GA4) on the Website for this purpose. To opt out of Google Analytics across websites, you may visit: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. More about Google's practices: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Product analytics inside the Calendiary iOS app are handled by Mixpanel through an app SDK rather than browser cookies, and are not part of the cookie controls described in this Cookie Notice. What we measure there, and how to ask us to stop, is described in our Privacy Notice.

Functionality / preference cookies

These cookies allow the Website to remember choices you make (such as language) and provide enhanced or more personal features.

Advertising / targeting cookies (Website only, if used)

If we use advertising or targeting cookies on the Website, they may be set by us or by our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on other sites, or to measure ad performance. They do not store directly identifying information such as your name in the cookie itself, but can uniquely recognize your browser and internet device. The Calendiary iOS app, as currently offered, does not use these technologies for cross-app/cross-website advertising tracking.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. The exact lifetime depends on the specific cookie and provider.

First-party cookies are set by us (calendiary.ai). Third-party cookies may be set by service providers that help us operate or analyze the Website (for example, analytics providers such as Google, hosting or security providers, or advertising partners if used). Those third parties may process information according to their own privacy notices.

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track ("DNT") signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still control cookies through the methods described above. See also the DNT section of our Privacy Notice.

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Cookie Notice. We encourage you to review this Cookie Notice periodically.
